We nurture young women to rise with strength, clarity, and safety. Through trauma-informed, healing-centered mentorship, we guide girls from marginalized communities to embrace their voice, set boundaries, and step fully into their power, creating a legacy of resilience

Trauma-Informed, Healing-Centered Journey for Young Women

At In Her Legacy, we believe young woman of color (ages 12-22) deserves the tools, confidence, and support to thrive as she navigates life’s transitions.
Our healing-centered, trauma-informed program is designed especially for those most impacted - justice-involved, transition-age, and marginalized youth, while welcoming all girls seeking guidance, strength, and belonging.

We weave together wellness practices, creative expression, and leadership development to help participants reclaim their power and step fully into their legacy. Through a carefully guided journey, young women explore themes of grounding, purpose, resilience, boundaries, vision, and tools for empowerment.

By the end of the program, the intention is for participants leave with:
A renewed sense of self-worth and resilience
Tools for setting boundaries and cultivating healthy relationships
A clear vision for their future and the confidence to pursue it
A community that uplifts, affirms, and celebrates their growth
